Parent's billing information
Parent's contact information (e.g. email address, phone number)

You directly provide Language Plus with the personal data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Contact us via our social media channels (e.g. the Language Plus Facebook page, or directly to the manager)
Make a payment via online banking or Twint

Our Company collects your data so that we can:
Contact you in case of emergencies
Email you with information on courses, schedule changes, and billing
Email you updates on your child's learning
Your data is not shared with any third parties.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data on a password-protected Google Cloud server. Your data is accessible only to the owner of Language Plus.
Our Company will keep your child's registration data for six months after your child's enrollment period ends. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
What are your data protection rights?
Language Plus would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Language Plus for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Language Plus correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Language Plus to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Language Plus transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
